I am a real estate appraiser with over 10 years of real estate experience in Southern California. I really did not like the idea of a realtor (most of them with less knowledge of the local area than myself) to price my home for far less than it's worth and then taking a 5-6% commission.....thus....taking thousands of dollars away from me and my family (almost $30,000 saved with James Udall.... in my pocket).
